"We have glulam timbers that needed refinishing. Mychal did a fantastic job in first cleaning the timbers to remove any dirt and mold that was present. Second, he spent a considerable amount of time sanding the timbers to the existing finish to ensure the stain penetrated properly. This was done to ensure we would have proper protection against rain, sun, and snow. Lastly, Mychal and Chris applied additional coats of stain in areas of high exposure to the sun's rays. Overall, an excellent job, and it was a pleasure having Mychal and Chris around. Pleasant, respectful, and excellent communication during the process."

All cracks and nail holes were properly filled, and small repairs done. He even cleaned our ceiling fan. As he said, "I'm up here anyway", but to me that was beyond my expectations.
