Our Process: Step-by-Step
1. Estimate Scheduling
Your first point of contact is our friendly Customer Service Representative, Sean. He’ll guide you through the scheduling of the estimate while getting some information on your project:
- Understanding your timeline, budget, and scope of work.
- Explaining what to expect during the estimate process.
From there, one of our Sales Representatives will visit your property to:
- Conduct a detailed walkaround with you to assess the full scope of work.
- Provide a clear and detailed quote.
If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll then schedule your project.
2. Job Scheduling
After booking, your main contact will be one of our Project Coordinators. They will guide you through the entire job.
First we will:
- Send a deposit invoice and schedule an onboarding call.
- Keep you informed of your schedule and upcoming milestones.
- Work with you to organize any updates or changes required before the job starts.
- Confirm all the colour information to avoid delays and keep our painters organized.
We will schedule your job within one-two business day of receiving your deposit.
3. Job Start
When the job begins, our team ensures everything is clear and on track:
- Confirmation: We review the scope of work with you at the start.
- Updates: Expect regular updates (phone or in person).
- Transparency: We notify you immediately about:
- Any deviations from the original quote such as unforeseen rotten wood that we encounter or keeping you up to date if there are any time and material components to the quote.
- Adjustments to the project timeline.
Key Contacts During the Job:
- (Project Coordinator):
- Your go to for questions or concerns.
- Provides support, change orders, progress updates and invoicing.
- Rene (Field Supervisor):
- Conducts on-site quality inspections and ensures safety on site.
- Ensures the project meets our high standards from start to finish.
4. Job Close
Once the job is complete:
- We perform a final quality inspection to ensure everything meets our standards.
- We conduct a walkthrough with you to confirm your satisfaction.
- The Project Coordinator will follow up with a close-out call to ensure every detail is addressed.
