If you're unsure about your colour choice, our estimator can leave a sample booklet for you to browse. We often suggest our clients check out a free resource at our home paint store. It’s Dulux Paints at 1581 Hillside Ave. Bringing in pictures of your project can really help. We can also suggest colour consultants or talk about getting a digital image with the colour changes.

If we're painting indoors or need access to a locked area, the client should be there at the start of the day to let us in. Alternative arrangements can always be made in advance to hand off keys if desired. We also need to have interior access if we are painting exterior doors. Other than that, there is no requirement for you to be there throughout the project if you'd prefer not to.

Please call our office at 250-813-2530 between 8:30 and 4:30 Mon to Friday. We will work to find a way to accommodate your schedule.

Meeting with our clients is key. This lets us ask and answer questions. As a result, we can create a detailed and complete proposal. The time it takes depends on the project's difficulty and size. Usually, a typical quote takes 1 to 2 hours. This includes time for a walk-through at the start and a presentation at the end.

Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance as well as the necessary WCB coverage.  We have an A+ rating with the BBB.

As soon as you book your job, our Project Coordinator will be your main point of contact. You will also have a dedicated on site Foreman as well as a Field Supervisor.

Project Coordinator:

    • Will call you once you book to go over your project and get you scheduled!
    • Your go-to for questions or concerns.
    • Provides support, change orders, progress updates and invoicing.

Field Supervisor:

    • Conducts on-site quality inspections and ensures safety on site.

Foreman

    • On site for the whole duration of your project.
    • Available for any questions or concerns
