Our professional installation process ensures a long-lasting finish. Depending on the existing surface, we may start by grinding off old coatings, fully degreasing the surface, and acid etching the floor. We then patch any cracks with the appropriate compound before applying two coats of durable, two-component epoxy. For added style and texture, we can include decorative flakes, followed by a protective clear coat.

We use top of the line Sherwin Williams industrial epoxy coatings to guarantee you have long lasting durability. We have solutions for both walked and industrial coatings that will resist all hot tire marks. If you would like your concrete flooring updated in Victoria we would be happy to take care of it. We only use top of the line primers and paints that we have put through rigorous testing. When allowed the proper time to cure, it provides a very durable finish that will hold up to the daily wear and tear, and withstand any scratching, scuffing and scraping.

If you're unsure about your colour choice, our estimator can leave a sample booklet for you to browse. We often suggest our clients check out a free resource at our home paint store. It’s Dulux Paints at 1581 Hillside Ave. Bringing in pictures of your project can really help. We can also suggest colour consultants or talk about getting a digital image with the colour changes.

If we're painting indoors or need access to a locked area, the client should be there at the start of the day to let us in. Alternative arrangements can always be made in advance to hand off keys if desired. We also need to have interior access if we are painting exterior doors. Other than that, there is no requirement for you to be there throughout the project if you'd prefer not to.

Meeting with our clients is key. This lets us ask and answer questions. As a result, we can create a detailed and complete proposal. The time it takes depends on the project's difficulty and size. Usually, a typical quote takes 1 to 2 hours. This includes time for a walk-through at the start and a presentation at the end.

Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance as well as the necessary WCB coverage. We have an A+ rating with the BBB.

We have a 3-year warranty on most surfaces.

Our warranty covers all labour and materials necessary to fix any possible problems that may arise. We also provide full worker’s compensation coverage, and 3 million liability insurance.

We use industry leading paints, stains, primers and other products to establish maximum durability. We’re partnered with all main paint stores in the Victoria area: Dulux, Sherwin Williams, and Cloverdale. We will ensure the best possible products are used for each client’s specific needs. Our preparation standards are second to none. You can only expect the best longevity of your painting project when you hire Envision Painting.

*Warranty excludes: all walked on surfaces, exposed metal, customer supplied paint, moisture damage, cracks in drywall, rotten surfaces, fences and railings. Any work we weren’t paid in full, any work other contractors were involved in, unforeseeable problems resulting from previous paint failures, factory finish areas, wooden gutters and roofs.
