Our Process:

  1. Thorough Inspection: Our skilled Sales Reps will look for any rotten wood while walking around your property. They will highlight anything they see and provide options for addressing it prior to the painting!
  2. Tough to reach areas: Often times, rotten wood will be tucked back on dormers or other challenging areas, and we may not see it until we start painting. At that point, we will bring it to your attention and outline options for fixing it.
  3. Precision Repair & Replacement: We remove damaged wood and replace it carefully. This blends the repairs smoothly with the existing structure.
  4. Preventative Measures: High quality oil primer and finish paint is applied once the new wood is installed.

Our victoria house painters take care to complete a pressure wash and a thorough scrape, sand and prime to ensure our premium products are applied to a firm base layer.

If you're unsure about your colour choice, our estimator can leave a sample booklet for you to browse. We often suggest our clients check out a free resource at our home paint store. It’s Dulux Paints at 1581 Hillside Ave. Bringing in pictures of your project can really help. We can also suggest colour consultants or talk about getting a digital image with the colour changes.

If we're painting indoors or need access to a locked area, the client should be there at the start of the day to let us in. Alternative arrangements can always be made in advance to hand off keys if desired. We also need to have interior access if we are painting exterior doors. Other than that, there is no requirement for you to be there throughout the project if you'd prefer not to.

Meeting with our clients is key. This lets us ask and answer questions. As a result, we can create a detailed and complete proposal. The time it takes depends on the project's difficulty and size. Usually, a typical quote takes 1 to 2 hours. This includes time for a walk-through at the start and a presentation at the end.

Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance as well as the necessary WCB coverage.  We have an A+ rating with the BBB.

We have a 3-year warranty on most surfaces.

Our warranty covers all labour and materials necessary to fix any possible problems that may arise. We also provide full worker’s compensation coverage, and 3 million liability insurance.

We use industry leading paints, stains, primers and other products to establish maximum durability. We’re partnered with all main paint stores in the Victoria area: Dulux, Sherwin Williams, and Cloverdale. We will ensure the best possible products are used for each client’s specific needs. Our preparation standards are second to none. You can only expect the best longevity of your painting project when you hire Envision Painting.

*Warranty excludes: all walked on surfaces, exposed metal, customer supplied paint, moisture damage, cracks in drywall, rotten surfaces, fences and railings. Any work we weren’t paid in full, any work other contractors were involved in, unforeseeable problems resulting from previous paint failures, factory finish areas, wooden gutters and roofs.

As soon as you book your job, our Project Coordinator, Hans, will be your main point of contact. You will also have a dedicated on site Foreman as well as a Field Supervisor

  • Hans (Project Coordinator):
    • Will call you once you book to go over your project and get you scheduled!
    • Your go-to for questions or con cerns.
    • Provides support, change orders, progress updates and invoicing.
  • Rene (Field Supervisor):
    • Conducts on-site quality inspections and ensures safety on site.
  • Foreman
    • On site for the whole duration of your project.
    • Available for any questions or concerns
