We operate a painting business in greater Victoria that focuses on delivering both high end results and a rewarding experience to our clients and painters. We continually pursue this by having excellent systems and hardworking professional people that care about their work. We have a large group of loyal clients and painters and we believe in creating more of these relationships to continue to grow our business.

This role may be for you, if some of the following apply:

• You are an experienced painter who is interested in advancing your career in this industry.
• You are less experienced; however you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
• You do well with customer service.
• You are a highly efficient painter that would like to get recognized for your efforts.
• You consistently show up on time or early.
• You work well as part of a team. If you prefer to work solo, you are a highly competent painter with tools and a vehicle.
• You are knowledgeable about products, application methods and prep work.
• You carry some of your own tools.
• You enjoy following procedures.
• You are comfortable working with ladders at height.
• You are an experienced and licensed boom lift operator.
• You have a cell phone with data and reliable transportation.

Foreman Responsibilities

• Responsible for all safety procedures on your site.
• Responsible for providing timely job site updates to management.
• Responsible for keeping the crew on budget on each project
• Motivating, encouraging, growing and training other members of your crew
• Making sure that the customer is being communicated with diligently during the project.
