You are a highly efficient painter that would like to get recognized for your efforts.
You consistently show up on time or early.
You work well as part of a team. If you prefer to work solo, you are a highly competent painter with tools and a vehicle.
You are knowledgeable about products, application methods and prep work.
You carry some of your own tools.
You enjoy following procedures.
You are comfortable working with ladders at height.
You are an experienced and licensed boom lift operator.
You have a cell phone with data and reliable transportation.

Foreman Responsibilities

Responsible for all safety procedures on your site.
Responsible for providing timely job site updates to management.
Responsible for keeping the crew on budget on each project
Motivating, encouraging, growing and training other members of your crew
Making sure that the customer is being communicated with diligently during the project.
